



Our Track Sessions
Mark Hall Sports Centre – Harlow, Essex.
We offer a weekly track session from 17:00-18:00 on Tuesdays.
Our sessions are fun, supportive, educational, rewarding and will improve your running performance.
These sessions are designed to push you to your limits but are time based making them suitable for all capabilities.
We want to make you fitter, faster and stronger, improving you VO2 Max and your speed.
Our Sessions follow a similar format each week:
- 10 Min Warm Up (2 laps of the track)
- Main Set (timed intervals) Example Set:
- 10 × 2 minute of threshold with 1 minute of rolling recovery in 5 blocks with regroup for 2 minutes Rest after every 2nd effort
- 10/15 Min Cool Down (2-4 laps of the track)
- Stretches (Inside)
Sessions are PAYG based on attendance as we are not for profit, all fees cover track hire. We have sole use of the track.
- 5 or less = £8
- 6 = £7
- 7 = £6
- 8 or more £5
Whatever level you are at, our formula applies: consistency and hard work = results.
